The same meaning has two correct ways to say it. The Mayor says it buttoned-up, Slang says it loose, and knowing both is knowing how to fit your words to the moment.
How to play
One host shows you a word and what it means. Pick how the other host would say the very same thing. There is no wrong word here, only the right word for the setting, so listen for the register.
The Mayor: I speak the proper form, the word you would use in a letter or at the podium.
Slang: And I keep it loose, baby, the way you say it with your friends. Same meaning, more flavor. We need each other.
